PAYMENT

Payments in our online store may be done by debit and credit cards. The payments are processed by Stripe, Klarna or Vipps.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped from Norway.
Deliveries within Norway:

Posten/Bring: delivered to your mailbox or local post office, 1-4 business days delivery time

Free of charge when you order for minimum 1500 NOK

Bring: delivered on your door (depends on your residence), 1-3 business days delivery time, delivered on your door between 08.00 and 17.00 or 17.00 and 21.00 (city)

All items that are not pre-ordered items will be shipped the first working day after the purchase takes place.

Pre-ordered items
Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as we have them in stock and within the time frame stated on the item's product page in the online store.

DELAYS OR FAILURE TO DELIVER

Any delays in delivery from us will be notified by email. In the unlikely case that we are unable to deliver the item you have purchased, we will immediately contact you to find a solution. You are entitled to a full refund if we fail to deliver an item. Alternatively, you can if possible, choose to exchange it for another item from our online store (e.g. same product in another size or color).

RETURNS
We offer a refund on purchased items returned within 30 days beginning on the day after you received the item. Christmas gifts may be returned within 30 days or until the 10th of January the following year. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please see the last paragraph on this page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. No tags must be removed and the item must be in its original packaging. We will not be able to accept any returns, nor give any refunds, where these instructions have not been followed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your item, please do the following:

Keep the item in its original packaging to make sure it is well protected.

Attach the return label that comes with your order to the package.

Deliver to Posten or see posten.no for other shipment options (e.g. Pakkeboks).

Send the package back to us within 30 days beginning on the day after you received it.

You do not need to fill in any form or register the return. We will automatically receive a notice when the package has been registered by Posten/Bring.

Returns from other countries:

Please make sure that the package is sent with tracking possibilities, as you are responsible for the package until it arrives at our address.

Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days after we have received your returned package. The cost of shipment will not be refunded.

Exchanges
If you would like to change your item for another one, please return your item as described above and purchase the new item separately in our web shop.

Pre-ordered items
The same rights of returns, exchanges and refunds as described above apply to pre-ordered items.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
If an item is received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of the purchase, it is faulty. This does not include damages that occur as a result of normal wear and tear.
A faulty item can only be replaced with the same product as long as it is available. Should the same product not be available, are you entitled to a refund.
An incorrect item is an item that is different from the one you ordered.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us directly here or send an email to info@hekne.com and we will advice you how to proceed with the return. In your email, please include your name and contact details, product details and the reason for return.
Once we have received the item, and can confirm the fault after inspection, we will replace it or issue you a refund.
Products that have been confirmed faulty by us will be refunded in full.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION
​
Claims must be directed to the us within a reasonable time frame in accordance with terms and conditions listed above. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes out of court. If this is not successful, the Purchaser may contact the Consumer Council of Norway for mediation. The Consumer Council may be reached on (+47) 23 400 500 or at www.forbrukerradet.no
