Shipping policy
SHIPPING
All items are shipped from Norway.
Deliveries within Norway:
- Posten Bring: delivered to your mailbox or local post office, 1-4 business days delivery time
- Free when ordering for a minimum of 2500
- NOK 79 NOK for orders under 2500 NOK
- Posten Bring: delivered to your door (depending on your residence), 1-3 business days delivery time, delivered to your door between 08:00 and 17:00 or 17:00 and 21:00 (cities)
- 99 NOK for orders for a minimum of 2500 NOK
- 199 NOK for orders under 2500 NOK
Deliveries to other countries:
- DHL, delivered to your door.
- Delivery time will vary depending on the destination
- Free when ordering for a minimum of 3000 NOK
- 300 NOK for orders under 3000 NOK
- Customs and duties related to the import of goods from Norway are covered by us in most cases
List of countries we ship to:
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany. Shipments to Svalbard and Jan Mayen are also included in this group.
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to all countries on the list except Japan and Switzerland. This means that customs and duties are included in the price you see in the checkout. You will not receive additional demands for customs and duties after you have placed your order.
Exception: To Japan and Switzerland we ship DAP (Delivery at Place). This means that customs and duties are not included in the price and may be charged locally upon delivery.

Processing time
All items that are not pre-ordered items will be shipped the first business day after the purchase takes place.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as we have them in stock and within the timeframe stated on the item's product page in the online store.
DELAYS OR NON-DELIVERY
Any delays in delivery from us will be notified via email. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the item you have purchased, we will contact you immediately to find a solution. You are entitled to a full refund if we do not deliver an item. Alternatively, you can choose to exchange it for another item from our online store if possible (e.g. the same product in a different size or color).
