My husband is Spanish. Every now and then, maybe two or three times a year, he makes a wonderful dish. It's called fideuá and it doesn't require a very complicated method, but a lot of attention and good ingredients.

It is made in a large pan because the layer of noodles has to be very thin to make it perfect. My husband always gets stressed when he makes it because he wants the result to be perfect.

When he serves it, he cares about what people say. He always gets compliments on this dish from friends and family.

Yet he is never completely satisfied. He says that something is missing, whether it's the taste of the broth or that the noodles are not the same as in Spain...

I can smile about it, and at the same time it's easy to empathize with him in these moments because I feel the same way when I work. I choose the best materials, put all my energy into it, and then something always comes up that I can improve. That's why the process never ends, and despite stressful moments, I always find something I want to improve. The process is always creative, it never ends, and I love it.

Witchcraft is a fantastic journey that forces me to do things the right way, with tenacious patience and at the same time with a lot of energy.

The other day I saw a mother at my kids' school wearing this sweater. (I don't think she knows who I am.)

I am still surprised when I see my ideas with others who have chosen HEKNE, because we share a way of doing things and a view of the world.

Greetings Anja
