The World's Best and Easiest Chocolate Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

2 eggs

300 ml sugar

450 ml all-purpose flour

100 ml cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

A pinch of real vanilla or 2 tsp vanilla sugar

125 g melted butter

Instructions:

Stir together eggs and sugar. Mix the dry ingredients. Stir everything together with the butter. Form round balls the size of a golf ball, flatten them into round, flat cookies (approx. 1 cm thick) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If placed close together, they will fit on one tray. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
