Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30 days return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving the item to return it.
Exception: Christmas gifts purchased between October 15 and December 15 have an extended deadline and can be returned within 90 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.
Returns within Norway:
- Free
- To return your item, please do the following:
- Log in to request a return
- Keep the item in its original packaging to ensure that it is well protected.
- Deliver to Posten or see posten.no for other shipping options (e.g. Parcel Box).
- Send the package back to us within 30 days from the day after you received it.
Returns from other countries, plus Svalbard and Jan Mayen:
- 400 NOK
- To return your item, please do the following:
- Log in to our return portal to request a return and receive a return label by email.

Keep the item in its original packaging to ensure that it is well protected.
- Send the package back to us within 30 days of the day you received it.
- A fee of 400 NOK will be deducted from your refund. This covers postage, customs and handling of the return.
- These terms apply also for returns from Svalbard and Jan Mayen.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different item or size:
- Return the item you do not want as described above and let us know what you would like to exchange the item for.
- A new item/size will be sent as soon as we receive the return.
Refunds
As soon as we receive your return and it is approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Preordered items
The same rights to return, exchange and get refunds as described above apply to preordered items.
