The Fisherman's Sweater

Based on a personal favorite; inherited from mom and pretty worn out, and inspired by the iconic Irish cable knit sweaters.

These were originally knitted for fishermen - the airy wool kept them warm and the lanolin in the untreated wool kept them dry. The design later became world famous after Grace Kelly wore it when she was pictured on the cover of Vogue sometime in the 1950s.

Redecker has been producing brushes since 1935. Today, it's the third generation of the family that runs the factory in Versmold. Redecker is known for its high quality and functional design.
