Materials and origin

Clothes brush: Oiled pear wood and bronze wire. Outer row with dark bristles (horsehair). The brush is 26.5 cm long and made by Redecker in Germany. Washing brush: Oiled pear wood, light pig bristles. The brush is 11.5 cm long and made by Redecker in Germany. Cedar wood blocks: Made from untreated cedar "Juniperus Virginia". Each block measures 7 x 5 x 2 cm. Made in China for Redecker. Cedar wood oil: 100% pure essential oil. One bottle contains 10 ml and is made in the USA for German Redecker. Brush cleaner: Oiled beech and steel wire. The brush cleaner is 7.5 cm long and is made by Redecker in Germany.

Maintenance

Use lukewarm water and a mild shampoo to clean the brush. Do not leave it in water. Dry with a towel and hang it up or place it with the bristles pointing down to dry. Do not place the brush on a heater to dry, as this can dry out the bristles.

Nice little starter kit to take better care of your clothes.

The kit contains:

  • Clothes brush from Redecker that is suitable for all fabrics. It can be used to remove dry stains, dust and hair from clothes, carpets and other textiles. The bronze wires in the middle of the brush make it especially suitable for cleaning upholstery and other coarse fabrics such as jeans and velour.
  • Soft and gentle laundry brush for removing stains from clothes before washing. Use it to scrub stains and to pre-treat dirty shirt collars or other garments. Use stain remover mixed with a drop of water and brush well. If you remove stains thoroughly before washing, your clothes will stay nice for longer. What's more: without stains, you can choose lower temperatures when washing.
  • 5 cedar blocks that keep moths away.
  • Natural cedar oil for refreshing cedar items and for aromatization.
  • Small brush for cleaning clothes brushes, hair brushes, combs and Velcro fasteners.
