Secure your thread

How to attach the thread:

Sew in and out through a few stitches on the back of the knitwear, then back again. Sew only through half of the garment or behind the repair, so it is not visible from the right side.

If you are working with wool or another hairy fiber, this should be enough as the hairy fibers will hold the thread in place. Sew a few extra "turns" if you are working with cotton or other smooth yarns, so that the thread does not slip out again. Cut the ends.
